College Library
The law library is considered to be the laboratory of a lawyer. The college has a rich library containing thousands of text books, AIR., law journals etc. for meeting the needs of the students and teachers. In the field of legal education, a rich library is more a source of advancement of knowledge, and in order to achieve the objectives of the college, the college library is regularly purchasing books, so that academic and research work could be done in standard form of education. The college library is also connected with the internet facility.
Rules and Regulations of the Library
The library functions from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Each student may borrow 2 books for 15 days against their library card to be issued by the office of the library. The students are directed to maintain peace and discipline in the library. 2nd, 4th and 6th semester students will have to surrender their library cards at the time of filling up examination form.
Moot Court
Through the Moot Court theoretical knowledge of law is imparted using practical techniques to develop the skills of advocacy among law students, hence, the Moot Court is part and parcel of our syllabus and compulsory part of the education, to provide training, other facilities pertaining to imparting skill of advocacy among students.
Conferences and Seminars
The college organizes seminars on its own at local level. The college is making all endeavours to organize national and state level seminars.
Free Legal Aid Clinic and Human Rights Cell
The college is going to establish a Legal Aid Clinic and Human Rights Cell with the help of DLSA, JSR to provide free legal assistance and awareness to the needy and to fulfil the constitutional goals with the help of the students.
